Where is that?

Pana is located about 60 miles west of Guatemala City on the shores of the beautiful “Lago Atitlan” or lake Atitlan, which has been described as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. the top left photographic portion of the banner at the top of all the pages here is lake Atitlan. And if you look closely at the map on the right side of the same banner, you can see lake Atitlan, Pana is on the north side of the lake.

Why are you going there?

I’m going there to help with one of the ministries there, called Solomon’s Porch

What would you be doing?

That’s a great question! I’ll be doing a lot of things around the ministry, some of them might include: Working with the youth, helping with ministry PR through my photography and videography, helping with short term teams when they come, construction and remodeling both at the ministry facilities and wherever there’s a need in Pana or the surrounding villages, along with a plethora of other things I might be able to do to help.

So, do you really believe in all this “Jesus stuff”?

Yes. But I understand if you don’t, it’s not my job to judge you. All I can do is tell you how much of a difference it’s made for me.

Why do you have ads on this site?

I use advertisers to help support me so that I can afford to go and work for a ministry without asking to be paid for any of the work I do there.

Can I come visit?

Sure! It’d be great to have you! Hotels or other accomodations are available in Pana for reasonable rates, and I can help you figure all that out if you want to come and stay for a week or two, but be warned, We’ll put you to work, and you might love it so much you don’t want to leave!
